We’re making big changes across our housing services, and we want to hear council tenants’ views and experiences to help shape these changes.
In 2023 to 2024, we had ambitious plans to speak to as many council tenants as possible about how we can improve while also providing practical advice and support.
To date, we have held 30 Estate Action Days, and 5 Neighbourhood Area Action Day events for street and non-street properties in the North, South, East, West and Central neighbourhood areas. We have visited over 6,600 tenanted households across Camden.
